Questions, answered clearly.

Understand the application process before you submit anything.

Who can apply for a loan?+

Eligibility is set by the lender. Applicants are typically asked to provide valid identification, reliable contact details, proof of income or business activity, and any other information required for affordability checks.

How much can I apply for?+

The amount available depends on the lender's product limits and the applicant's affordability assessment. The website currently supports illustrative requests between K1,000 and K50,000.

Does submitting an application mean I am approved?+

No. Submitting the online form only starts the review process. A loan is approved only after the lender completes its checks and communicates the approved amount, rate, fees, term and repayment schedule.

How will I know the total cost?+

Before accepting an approved loan, the applicant should receive the applicable interest, fees, repayment frequency, installment amount and total amount repayable.

Can I track my application?+

Yes. After submitting the prototype application you receive a reference number that can be entered on the Track Application page. Once the production database is connected, status updates will work across devices.

Is the calculator an approval or quote?+

No. The calculator is an estimate using an illustrative rate. Final loan terms must come from the lender after reviewing the application.
